Bedroom layouts are fixed based on the apartment type:
1 Bedroom Apartments – Always feature one king bed.
2 Bedroom Apartments – Can be configured as 1 king + 2 singles or 1 king + 1 queen. If you prefer a specific setup, it’s best to call the resort before booking so we can confirm the right configuration is available for your stay.
3 Bedroom Apartments - Always include 1 king, 1 queen and 2 singles.
If you are arriving late, let Reception know beforehand. On the day you will be sent a text message with arrival details including a code to collect your key from the Key Safe at Reception.
Yes, all apartments have 1 car space located in the underground parking lot.
Not all apartments have full ocean views, but several apartment types do.
Penthouse and Ocean View Terrace apartments offer the highest and most expansive ocean views, stretching right across to K’gari.
Ocean View Apartments all have genuine ocean views toward K’gari — they sit lower than the Penthouse and Terrace levels, and some also overlook the pool.
Ocean Breeze Apartments have partial ocean views combined with national park outlooks.
Nature View Apartments faces the national park, with glimpses of the ocean from select angles.
Guests enjoy access to a heated infinity pool, plus a relaxed entertainment area with an electric BBQ, bar fridge, dining utensils and a comfortable lounge space — perfect for casual meals and unwinding after a day at the beach.
The Penthouse, selected Ocean View Apartments, and selected Ocean Breeze Apartments can accommodate guests using wheelchairs. While these units are not fully wheelchair‑accessible in the formal sense, they offer layouts that many guests with mobility needs find workable. Guests must contact the resort before booking to ensure an appropriate unit is available for their stay.
Booking:
- More than 30 days before arrival: 13.2% cancellation fee of the deposit
- 14-30 days before arrival: 13.2% cancellation fee of total booking
- Less than 14 days before arrival: No refund
- If we rebook your dates: All payments minus 13.2% fee will be put into credit
Peak seasons: Under 30 days - no refund.

No, pets are not permitted at the resort.
Only genuine assistance animals are allowed, in line with Australian legislation.
